Holding international certifications in accessibility, Donna brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Currently pursuing a MS in Global Technology and Development, she is committed to staying at the forefront of her field. As a member of the disabled community, Donna understands the importance of ensuring inclusivity in all aspects of our work. At Indeed, Donna plays a pivotal role in integrating disability inclusion into the fabric of the organization, working tirelessly to ensure that accessibility is not just a checkbox, but that an understanding of the disability community is a fundamental part of Indeed’s view of job seekers.

Nick Iadevaio

Nick Iadevaio has had a 35-year professional career that has spanned multiple industries and functions across Fortune 500 global companies. His professional colleagues, friends and associates know him as being passionate for his life’s vocation – to help others grow, develop, and learn how to fuel their passions to achieve their potential.   He is passionate about adding value to people.  He is currently VP Diversity, Equity + Inclusion at L’Oreal USA, after almost 15 years leading HR strategy for multiple L’Oreal brands.  Over the course of his 19 years in the L’Oreal journey, he has successfully worked with, coached and developed employees from all levels – C-Suite, Senior-level executives, field/store level employees, as well as all professional functions such as marketing, finance, sales, IT, HR, Digital, Education, Distribution and Research and Development. In his DEI role, he leads the Veterans/Military strategy, the Disability strategy, Supplier Diversity, Age/Generations strategy, serves as an advisor to the HR teams, and delivers much of the DEI educational content across the business.

Theo W. Braddy

Theo W. Braddy is a prominent advocate for disability rights with over four decades of experience. His leadership and commitment to advancing the rights and well-being of individuals with disabilities have been recognized nationwide. At age 15, Mr. Braddy experienced a life-changing injury that left him paralyzed, which ignited his lifelong mission for disability advocacy. He earned both a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Temple University and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Edinboro University, preparing him for his extensive work in the field.

Stephane Leblois

Stephane Leblois: As Valuable 500’s Chief Community and Programmes Officer, Stephane leads program development and community building, playing a pivotal role in rallying for progress and fostering accountability among the Valuable 500 member companies. With over a decade dedicated to disability rights, Stephane is a seasoned advocate for digital accessibility, inclusive education, and employment. As the former lead employment expert for The Arc of the United States, he consulted extensively with Fortune 500 companies on inclusive hiring programmes and strategy and led both research and programme development for The Arc’s national chapter network. He also founded the pioneering Washington Wolfpack RFC, the first disability-inclusive rugby team in the US, and previously served on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for USA Rugby. Passionate about collaborative efforts, Stephane firmly believes in the collective power of community to drive impactful systems change in the realm of disability inclusion.
